Dear Fellow Exhibitors:
It's been the goal of this organization to offer licensed USEF horse shows to fellow exhibitors, owners and trainers that were fair in the treatment of all exhibitors and kept to the ideal of hosting a show that was fair and balanced for all. In the past years, the show hosted Regional Championships for IALHA in order to help prepare exhibitors for upcoming IALHA National Championship Show.
In the past few years many small associations have seen a decline in exhibitors, making it difficult to continue to host horse shows. The BHOTM is not giving up and we plan to move forward in 2025. We will be holding a licensed event for Friesian and Andalusian/Lusitano horses that will also include all breeds of horses with the addition of USEF Open to All Breed classes. We want to provide everyone the opportunity to exhibit their horses under rules that are fair for all. We want to be an Association that is family friendly, will provide learning experiences and that will promote exhibitor camaraderie.
Our show will also offer USEF Opportunity classes. These classes are open to all breeds. Exhibitors are not required to be a USEF member or any breed affiliates represented by the licensed event.
The Baroque Horse of the Midwest will host a licensed USEF event July 18 - 20, 2025 at the Walworth County Fairgrounds in Elkhorn, WI. Please note the change of date (originally planned for August 1 - 3, 2025). We guarantee to offer the best show we can produce!
Please contact Sandy Jacob with suggestions or requests. If you represent a group of horse owners looking for another group to participate with, our Board is willing to meet with you to learn how we can accommodate you and your exhibitors.
